Goods Return Policy

D.A.C.E strives to ensure our customers complete satisfaction with our range of products. Should you need to return a purchased item, we have outlined our return policy below to guide you through the process.


To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and serial numbers.

  • The product can be resold.

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • A copy of the Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact the branch from which the product was purchased.

Return Methods

Returns can be made either by shipping the item back to us or by returning it in-person at one of our physical store locations.

Refund or Exchange Policy

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide an exchange for another item of equal value, as per your preference.

  • If the returned item has been opened it will be sent to our Head Office in Durban for testing and repackaging at the client’s cost.

Handling Fees

A handling fee of 15% (with a minimum value of R10) may be deducted from the refund amount for returned items, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is found to be defective.


The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Already installed or used products.

  • Products whose serial numbers do not match those on the Tax Invoice.

  • Products with damaged packaging.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Electronics spares.

  • Customized products.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged for return shipping and for all the return shipping costs.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update our return policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website and other relevant channels.


We retain the discretion to make exceptions to our return policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly in situations where customer satisfaction is at stake.
